My dad died Dec. 8th 2023. We were in Lanna Kilgore’s office on Dec. 12th to start paperwork. It is now March 7th 2025 and we have yet to have anything done!! I understand and am empathetic to Lanna’s losses during 2024, but as an attorney and business person she needs to behave as one. His wife, my siblings, my husband, and myself had 2 days to grieve before we had to return to life and work.
